Serving the Circle of Life Children, Adults and Elders

In 1976, Wichita’s Native American community sought a better life for their children. They knew that good health must come first, that good health would bring hope to their people, and hope would bring dignity.

When the needs of the general community became apparent, Hunter opened it doors to serve all people. That is the Indian way.
